As we understand every home and family is different, the pricing can vary based on client preferences, pre-existing condition of the space, frequency of the cleaning and overall size of the home. Exact pricing will be confirmed directly after the first inquiry. Below we've displayed the range of pricing based on service type and property square footage, considering the property has a current condition of a low-mid level of buildup.

If the degree of soiling in the home is mis-represented and the home's current condition is severe or neglected, the pricing can increase due to additional time being needed to complete the service completely - in which you will be communicated with promptly.
Excusions:
-Animal Feces or Hoarding cleaning
-Cleaning dishes/picking up items off floor
-Wall washing (however we do spot clean)
-Moving heavy furniture
-Cleaning areas extending longer than arms length, which may require a ladder
-Dusting wider than a 6 ft reach
